Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and access to digital products are handled on the KudianiBus website. KudianiBus provides digital resources designed for business operations, including workflow systems, SOP templates, performance trackers, administrative tools, and growth planning materials. All products are delivered digitally, and no physical items are shipped.

Because of the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted.


Digital Product Delivery

All products available on KudianiBus are delivered in digital formats such as PDFs, editable documents, spreadsheets, and templates. After purchase, customers receive immediate or near-instant access to download or use the product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with standard file formats and that they are able to access digital content.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, KudianiBus does not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Once access is provided, the product cannot be returned, and the purchase is considered complete.


Refund Policy

All sales on KudianiBus are final. Refunds are not provided for digital products under normal circumstances.

Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage or understanding of the product
  • Expectation mismatch where the product description was clearly provided
  • Accidental purchases made without reviewing product details

Customers are encouraged to carefully read product descriptions before making a purchase.


Duplicate Purchases

In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product, a refund may be considered only if the duplicate transaction is verified and the product has not been downloaded or accessed multiple times.


Access Issues

If a customer experiences technical issues preventing access to a purchased product, reasonable assistance will be provided to ensure access is granted. This does not qualify as a refund request but rather a support resolution.


Product Updates

From time to time, products may be updated or improved. These updates are provided at the discretion of KudianiBus and may or may not be available to previous customers.
